The 5th project meeting was held on the 19th and 20th of March 2018 in Athens at the OPEKEPE premises.
The meeting started with an open discussion regarding the progress, challenges and needs of the project.
Then, the UNIVERSITY OF READING presented the work they have done so far in Working Package “Users’ needs analysis & co-production of services” and what is left to do.
DRAXIS outlined the progress of “Service Integration and Customization” and the timeline for the next period. They also presented statistics of the issue reported to the project management tool TAIGA from the partners.
For the Working Package “Deployment and Operation”, based on the templates provided by INICIATIVAS INNOVADORAS SAL, the pilot partners [HELLENIC PAYMENT AND CONTROL AGENCY FOR GUIDANCE AND GUARANTEE COMMUNITY AIDS (OPEKEPE), NATIONAL PAYING AGENCY OF LITHUANIA, STRUTT & PARKER, INOSENS DOO NOVI SAD, INSTITUTE FOR AGRIFOOD TECHNOLOGY AND INFRASTRUCTURES OF NAVARRA] presented both, an update on the work progress regarding the Pre-Pilot Phase and Training Activities, and an update on the work plan and calendar of their activities regarding the Pilot Implementation.
In addition, INICIATIVAS INNOVADORAS SAL made a brief review on the Working Package activities, reminding the different systems (Internal Communication, Monitoring and Reporting, and Evaluation) the Working Package relies on and focused on the elaboration of the Global Evaluation Questionnaire, explaining some preliminary aspects to take into account for its elaboration and presenting a first proposal for the structure.
ETAM SA presented the progress of the Working Package “Communication and Dissemination”, the project output and result indicators and particularly the performance regarding the project site and social media. They also stressed the need from partners to get further involved in the dissemination activities until the end of the project.
The next project meeting was agreed to be held in Novi Sad, Serbia on July 2018.
