The 4th project meeting of the Horizon 2020 RECAP project was held on the 30th of November and the 1st of December, in Windsor UK.

In the meeting all 12 European organisations involved in the project were represented whilst a Business Plan Development (BPD) Workshop was hosted as RECAP is supported by the Common Exploitation Booster service of the Commission.

The meeting started with a brief discussion feedback on the Review meeting and the Policy Session that took place in Brussels on September. The discussion went on the tasks necessary to complete the coproduction phase, the platform timeline and its technical support procedure through TAIGA (project management platform).

A short overview of the current status of pilot Deployment and operation took place, followed by the pilots’ presentations on the training and pilot phase.

During the second day of the meeting the Common Exploitation Booster expert presented a first feedback and his opinion to complete the Lean Canvas for the RECAP business plan providing insight on an effective exploitation strategy and focus on the main elements of the business model.

Additionally parallel sessions were also held regarding SDK /API user needs planning, user requirements traceability and pilots’ dissemination and workshops preparation.
